Privacy Policy
This page tells you what we collect when you use brandfusion.solutions, buy a plan, or talk to an AI we run for a business. It tells you what we do with it and how to say no. We wrote it in plain words on purpose. Questions? Email apps@fluxlab.agency.
"We" and "us" means Flux Labs Agency, LLC, which runs Brand Fusion Solutions.
What we collect
- What you type into our form. Your name, business name, email, phone (if you give it), your message and the plan you picked.
- Where you came from. Campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM tags), the website that sent you, and the first page you saw. Your browser tab holds the last two until you send the form. Then they go with your message.
- Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs: IP address, browser type, pages asked for and the time. We also limit how often one IP address can send the form, to block spam.
- Payment details. When you buy, you pay on Square's checkout page. Square takes your card. We do not see or keep your full card number. Square tells us what you bought, your name, your email and whether the payment went through.
- What you type into the Fusion AI chat. See "The Fusion AI chat" below.
- Calls and texts we handle for a business. See "Calls and texts our AI handles" below.
Tools we use
These companies help us run the site and the service. Each one gets only what it needs for its job.
- Hostinger hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
- Square runs our checkout and monthly billing.
- GoHighLevel is our customer relationship and messaging system. Your form message, your contact details and our notes on our talks with you live there. It also runs the forms, calls, texts and follow-ups we set up for clients.
- Twilio carries phone calls and text messages.
- xAI speaks the live desk on this site. What you type or dictate there is sent so the AI receptionist can answer out loud. We do not store that chat, and we do not use it to market to you.
- ElevenLabs turns the live desk's answer into a voice. It gets only the answer text, never who you are.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes the answers in the Fusion AI chat. What you type there is sent to Anthropic so the AI can answer.
- Supabase stores Fusion AI chat text for 90 days, and the details you send on our forms.
- Google Analytics (GA4) counts visits and actions on this site, such as opening an inquiry form or sending an inquiry. It sets cookies. We send the page, short campaign labels and the plan chosen, never what you type into a form. Free-form URL query strings and referrer paths are excluded. Advertising personalization is off. We skip visitors whose browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Microsoft Clarity is not turned on today. If enabled later, it can record clicks and scrolls; this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
- To answer you, and to set up and run your plan if you buy one.
- To bill you and keep business records.
- To keep our talks with you in one place, so we don't ask the same thing twice.
- To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.
- To learn which pages help people, if analytics is on.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Calls and texts our AI handles
When we run an AI for a business, calls it answers start with a notice that the call is recorded. The AI never claims to be a person. Calls are recorded and turned into text. Texts sent and received are stored. The business we work for owns these records. We use them only to answer the caller, book or pass along the request, send the business its notes, and make that business's AI better. We do not sell them or use them to market to callers.
The Fusion AI chat
Fusion AI, the chat on this site, is an AI assistant, not a person. It answers from our posted plans and prices, and it can be wrong. The pricing page is the source. Do not type card numbers, passwords or health details into it. If something looks like a card number, we remove it before it is stored or sent to the AI.
We keep the chat text for 90 days to answer you and to make the chat better, then we delete it. We do not keep your IP address with it. We do not use the chat to market to you. If you press Send on the chat's contact card, your details and a short AI-written summary of the chat go into GoHighLevel so the team can reply. We text you only if you tick the text box on that card.
Texts: how to stop
We text only people who contacted the business, or who agreed to get texts. Agreeing to texts is never needed to buy anything. To stop texts, reply STOP to any text. You will get one reply that confirms it, then no more. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS terms have the details.
Emails: how to stop
Every marketing email from us has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and we stop. You can also email apps@fluxlab.agency. We may still send emails you need about an active plan, like billing notices.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as we work together, and after that for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting reasons. Call and text records for a business are kept for as long as that business needs them. Fusion AI chat text is deleted after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information. We will, unless the law says we must keep it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to fix it or delete it.
- Stop texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link) at any time.
- Block analytics with your browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting.

Keeping it safe
We use secure connections (HTTPS) on this site and take reasonable steps to protect what you share. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may change this policy. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
