There are three ways to pay for one. Each costs a different amount, and each puts a different amount of work on you. Here is the plain version, with our prices posted.

Live answering services usually bill by the minute or by the call. A done-for-you AI receptionist costs more because it is built, tested and run for you. Front Desk Starter is $297 a month for 1 line and up to 250 AI talk-minutes, with a $0 build fee on a 6-month term. The full AI Receptionist is $497 a month, with a $997 build fee we waive on a 6-month agreement.

The monthly price is only part of it. The other part is whose time it takes to set up and keep sharp.

Ours has a one-time build fee of $997 for the AI Receptionist. We waive it on a 6-month agreement. In Founding 25 (the first 25 clients, or until Dec 31, 2026), we waive it on a 3-month start.
On the monthly bill, usually yes. But they do different jobs. A person can greet walk-ins, handle hard talks and do other work. The AI answers every call at once, all night. You can use both: the AI takes overflow and after-hours calls.
Not with us. Each plan has a fair-use limit. The AI Receptionist covers up to 500 AI talk-minutes a month. If you grow past it, we talk about moving up a plan or a custom quote. You never get a surprise overage bill.
Because someone does the work. We build it on your business, test it with you, watch it, tune it when new questions come up, and send you a monthly report. With an app, that work is yours.
After your minimum term, plans go month to month with 30 days’ notice. The minimum term is the one your build-fee waiver needs: 3 or 6 months. If you cancel inside it, the months left in it are still due. Starting month to month from day one means paying the build fee up front. Full terms are on our Service terms page.
