The short answer

Short answer

An AI receptionist for real estate agents answers every call to your office, including during showings and closings. It answers questions from the facts you give it. It asks which home or area the caller means, whether they are buying or selling, and their timeline. It books showings on your calendar, sends urgent calls to a person right away, and texts you a summary after every call.

01 / Where calls get lost

Where calls slip away.

3 moments
  • 01

    Calls during a showing

You are inside a home with buyers when the phone rings. The caller does not leave a message. They call the next agent.

  • 02

    Yard sign calls after dark

Someone sees your sign on the drive home and calls right away. If nobody answers, they move on to the next listing.

  • 03

    Closing day and drive time

You are at a closing table or driving between homes. A seller calls with a question about timing, and the call goes to voicemail.

02 / On the phone

What it handles.

It answers from the info you give us about your real estate office. Then it asks the questions you would ask.

Built on your info

Calls it takes

  • A caller asks about a home they saw on a yard sign.
  • A buyer asks if a listed home is still open to see.
  • A seller asks to set up a call about listing their home.
  • A buyer asks to book a showing for the weekend.
  • A caller asks for your office hours or directions.
  • A current client asks for a call back about their closing date.

What it asks

  1. Which home or area are you calling about, and are you buying or selling?
  2. What is your timeline for moving?
  3. Are you already working with another agent?
  4. Are you pre-approved for a loan yet, yes or no?
  5. What time works for an agent to call you back?

03 / The rules it follows

When it hands off. What it never does.

You set the rules

Sent to a person now

  • A seller who is ready to list now.
  • Any question about an offer or contract terms.
  • A buyer standing outside a listing and asking to go in.
  • An upset client, or anyone who is angry about a deal.

It never

  • Share opinions on neighborhoods, schools, safety or who lives there.
  • Give home values or price advice.
  • Negotiate, or give one caller different facts than another.
  • Ask for bank, wire or card details, or a Social Security number.

04 / How it goes live

How it goes live.

Three steps. We do the building.

3 steps · no mystery box
  1. Start a plan

Start online. Then fill out a short form: your hours, services, common questions, calendar and who gets urgent calls.

  2. We build it and test it with you

We build your receptionist on your real estate office. You call it, and we tune it until it sounds like you.

  3. It goes live on your number

Your calls forward to it. We watch it, tune it as new questions come up, and send you a monthly report. Texting turns on once your carrier registration clears (A2P 10DLC).

06 / Questions

Straight answers.

6 questions

Use the setup checklist to test the facts, calendar and handoff before real calls.

01

Will it tell a buyer if a home is a good deal?

No. It does not give opinions on homes, neighborhoods or values. Every caller hears the same facts, and questions about price or offers go to your agent.

02

Can it answer questions about schools or safety in an area?

No. It does not give opinions on schools, safety or who lives nearby. It shares the facts you give it, like listing details and showing times, and takes a message for everything else.

03

What happens when a seller wants to list right away?

It treats that as a hot call and sends it to a person right away. If nobody can pick up, it takes the seller’s name and best number and texts them back.

04

Can it book showings on my calendar?

Yes. It books open times on the calendar you give us, for showings and calls back. It does not book a time that is already taken.

05

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The first thing it says is that it is your office’s AI assistant and that the call is recorded. If a caller asks for a person, they get a transfer or a callback.

06

How much does an AI receptionist for real estate agents cost?

Most real estate agents start with the Fusion Front Desk: the AI Receptionist plus AI Speed-to-Lead, for $797 a month. The one-time build fee is $1,497. We waive it on a 6-month agreement. In Founding 25 (the first 25 clients, or until Dec 31, 2026), we waive it on a 3-month start. Phone calls only? The AI Receptionist alone is $497 a month.
