A custom or scoped service is provided only under a written agreement. If this site and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
No outcome promises
We describe what our services do. We do not promise search rankings, revenue, return on investment, or a specific number of calls, bookings or reviews. Results depend on your business, your market and how the service is used. Any service-level commitment we make is written into the Service Terms or your signed agreement.
AI and automated communications
Our services use artificial intelligence to answer calls, send messages and take other actions on your behalf. AI can make mistakes. When you become a client, you agree to review the setup with us before it goes live and to tell us promptly when something needs correcting. Outbound messaging is sent only in line with your customers' consent and applicable law; you are responsible for the accuracy of the customer lists and consent records you provide.
Your use of the site
Don't use the site to send spam, probe or attack our systems, scrape content for resale, or impersonate anyone. We may block access to protect the site.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and code of this site belong to Flux Labs Agency, LLC. "Brand Fusion Solutions" and "Flux Labs" are our names. Other names on this site belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Flux Labs Agency, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to any service is governed by the Service Terms and any signed agreement for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving St. Lucie County, Florida.
