What you're agreeing to
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Brand Fusion Solutions (Flux Labs Agency, LLC) about your inquiry, your appointments and your account. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Kinds of messages
- Replies to a call, message or form you sent us.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling changes.
- Account and service notices.
- Occasional check-ins or offers, only if you separately agreed to receive marketing texts.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your activity. Most people receive a few messages around a conversation or an appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email apps@fluxlab.agency.
Quiet hours
We don't send marketing texts before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in your local time.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy
Your mobile number and messaging consent are handled as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for their marketing.
