The 30-day answer guarantee
In your first 30 days, every call routed to the AI is answered and logged in your report, or you can cancel with no further payments. It covers the AI Receptionist and every Desk. It does not cover Front Desk Starter, Office Starter, AI Quick Start, the Care Plan, the AI Speed-to-Lead, AI Reviews & Reactivation or AI Back Office singles, or the Custom AI Agent.
- Billed monthly, in advance, on your card through Square. The first month is charged at checkout. That is your start date.
- Start now puts you on the waived-build start: a 6-month agreement, or 3 months in Founding 25 where it applies.
- After your minimum, it is month to month. You give 30 days’ notice.
- Want month to month from day one? You pay the build fee before we start. Use the form below.

01Is there a setup fee?
Front Desk Starter and Office Starter have a $0 build fee on a 6-month term. AI Quick Start is $997 one time, and that price is the build. The Care Plan is $97 a month after that, with no separate build fee. The higher plans have a one-time build fee: $997 on the AI Receptionist, AI Speed-to-Lead and AI Reviews & Reactivation, $1,997 on AI Back Office, from $2,997 on the Custom AI Agent, $1,497 on the Fusion Front Desk, $1,997 on the Fusion Revenue Desk and $2,997 on the Fusion Operator. We waive those build fees on a 6-month agreement.
02What is Founding 25?
It is our launch offer for the first 25 clients, or until Dec 31, 2026, whichever comes first. On the AI Receptionist, AI Speed-to-Lead, AI Reviews & Reactivation and the Fusion Front Desk, we waive the build fee on a 3-month start instead of 6. Your monthly rate is locked for as long as you stay. AI Back Office, Custom AI Agent, the Fusion Revenue Desk and the Fusion Operator keep the 6-month rule.
03Can I pay month to month?
Yes, but you pay the standard build fee in full before we start. Month to month starts go through the plan form. After your minimum, every plan is month to month with 30 days’ notice.
04How do I pay?
By card, billed monthly in advance through Square. Your first month is charged at checkout. That is your start date.
05Which plan should I start with?
Start with Front Desk Starter at $297 a month if you want the phone answered. Office Starter is $397 a month for the admin between your apps. The Fusion Front Desk is the next step up when you also want new leads followed up. Not sure? Start a plan. We’ll say so if AI is not the right fix.
06Do you promise results?
No. We don’t promise revenue, ROI, rankings or a number of bookings or reviews. We do promise the 30-day answer guarantee on the AI Receptionist and every Desk: every call routed to the AI is answered and logged, or you can cancel with no further payments. It does not cover Front Desk Starter or the other single plans on their own.
