Missed-call text-back is a text sent to a caller after their call goes unanswered or ends early. It comes from your business number within seconds. It says you missed them and asks how you can help. If the caller texts back, the AI answers from your business information. It can offer times and book them, or flag the chat for a person. Texts only go to people who contacted your business.

When do the texts start?

Texts start after your business number is registered for texting. This is called A2P 10DLC registration. We handle the registration for you.

What happens when someone replies STOP?

STOP works on every text we send. After STOP, that person gets no more texts from your number.

Can the AI pass as a person?

No. The AI never claims to be a person. If a caller asks for a person, they get a warm transfer or a callback.

Who gets a text-back?

Only people who just called your business. We never text cold lists.
